James Steele is a fiddler from Saskatoon. He is a five-time Grand North American Fiddle Champion, and a former Canadian Grand Master Fiddle Champion.
James has been performing old time fiddle music for more than 18 years at various festivals and shows. James is joined on piano by Lionel Gilbertson, and on guitar by Don Sawchuk, who perform throughout Saskatchewan with a variety of groups.
