[FR] J’ai toujours aimé le Saskatoon Heritage Festival aussi longtemps que j’y ai assisté. J’adore voir les cultures de tous mes voisins se rassembler et célébrer leur histoire. Vous arrivez curieux, vous repartez inspiré.
Ce sera ma deuxième représentation avec le Heritage festival of Saskatoon. C’est un immense honneur et un privilège.
Ce n’est pas seulement un concert. Cette performance, c’est la chance pour célébrer mon héritage, c’est rendre hommage aux personnes qui ont façonné notre culture, notre communauté et notre histoire familiale. Comme nous ne pourrons jamais remercier ces personnes en personne, les célébrer reste la meilleure chose à faire.
Biography
[EN] I have always loved the Saskatoon Heritage Festival for as long as I’ve attended them. I love watching the cultures of all my neighbours come together and celebrate their history. You arrive curious. You leave inspired.
This will be my second time performing with the Saskatoon Heritage Festival. It is a huge honour and a privilege. However, it isn’t just a concert for me.
To me, this performance is celebrating my heritage and paying homage to the people who shaped our culture, our community and our family history. As we will never be able to thank these people in person, celebrating them would be the next best thing.
The Saskatoon Heritage Festival is such an important event for our city. It’s an important event for our families, our friends and our neighbours. I am so proud and honoured to be a part of it and I hope to continue to be a part of it in the future!
