Neil and Nancy have been making music together since they got married in 1994. In the 24 years since, they’ve enjoyed performing at many kinds of events; birthdays, anniversaries, small-town fairs, corporate functions, cultural nights, and old-time music jamborees. Neil was recently presented with the award for 2018 International Acoustic Instrumentalist by the Country Gospel Music Association (CGMA) Association in Branson, Missouri.
Early in their career together, Neil and Nancy began to specialize in musical entertainment at retirement residences, with their first one at Primrose Chateau in Saskatoon. They also travel to Calgary, Edmonton and Regina. Variety is their hallmark and they play familiar sing-along tunes, classic country, old-time, old jazz standards, familiar pop songs, showtunes, and gospel music. A multi-instrumental duo, they use at least 4 (& sometimes more!) instruments in a performance, plus vocals and backgrounds.
Neil and Nancy deliver a repertoire that is consistently familiar. Additionally, a suitable beat for dancing is always a big priority!
