Saskatoon is a city with a rich and dynamic cultural heritage and from the earliest settlers to the newest arrivals, the city has always opened its doors to newcomers. For the last 35 years, the Saskatoon Open Door Society has been helping immigrants and refugees settle in the city. Join us to learn more about Saskatoon’s newest residents as the Open Door’s Cultural Bridging Facilitators will provide an update on recent Syrian arrivals and share some tips on cross cultural communication and how to welcome our new neighbours.
