Join us on Festival Day, Sunday Feb 12th at 2:30 PM in the Education Room at the Western Development Museum for Saskatoon in the Atomic Age: 1945-1959, an informative and entertaining talk by City of Saskatoon Archivist, Jeff O’Brien. “The cars were fast, money was easy, and change was in the air. It was the 1950s! Join City of Saskatoon Archivist for a look at the years from 1945-1960, when Saskatoon and the world entered the Atomic Age.” Jeff O’Brien received an undergraduate degree in Canadian history and went on to earn a master’s degree in archival studies before he settled down as the City of Saskatoon Archivist in 1997.
